How It Works

1. Select "Customized by you" or "Fully customized by Gooso Pixel."
2. Send your design to goosopixelshop@goosopixel.com (AI, PSD, SVG, or PNG with transparent background).
3. We verify size, resolution, and print readiness. If adjustments are needed, we’ll let you know or handle it for a small art-prep fee.
4. We confirm scope & details (item, size, placement, quantity, finish) and provide a quote.
5. You receive three mockups, including different placements, colorways, or angles. Extra mockups available for a small fee.
6. We apply revisions, and once approved, your order moves into production.
7. Production begins, and files are archived for quick future reorders.

What Counts as Fully Custom-Made? (extra cost)

• Creating a brand-new design from your idea or sketch.
• Redrawing or vectorizing a low-resolution logo.
• Complex layouts, illustrations, or icon sets.
• Fabrication of QR codes or complete branding systems.

Standard Add-On Fees (only if needed)

• Extra mockups beyond the included three.
• Significant artwork changes after approval.
• File repair or redraws for low-resolution images.
• Exact color matching or rush production.
