1) Select "Customized by you" or "Fully customized by Gooso Pixel.
2) Send your design (you customize) (send to goosopixelshop@goosopixel.com)
-
Accepted files: AI, PSD, SVG, or PNG with transparent backgrounds.
-
Quick prep tips:
-
Vector (AI/SVG) is best for crisp edges and easy resizing.
-
For PSD/PNG, use 300 DPI at final size.
-
Convert text to outlines (or include fonts), embed linked images, and keep important content inside safe margins.
-
If color accuracy is a concern, please share Pantone/Hex references.
-
3) We check the file
-
We verify size, resolution, color mode, and print/production readiness.
-
If something needs fixing (e.g., low-res art, missing fonts), we’ll tell you exactly what to adjust—or we can do it for you (may incur a small art-prep fee if it’s more than a quick tweak).
4) Scope & quote
-
We confirm the details you want produced (item, size, placement, quantity, finish) and provide a precise quote.
-
Fully custom-made items (where we create artwork from scratch or do complex illustration/branding) cost extra. We’ll outline that before you approve anything.
5) Mockups (proofs)
-
You get three mockups included (e.g., different placements, colorways, or angles).
-
Need more than three? Extra mockups carry a small fee each; we’ll tell you the amount upfront.
-
You’ll review the mockups and send consolidated feedback.
6) Revisions & approval
-
We apply your notes and return an updated proof.
-
When everything looks perfect, you give final approval. This locks the artwork and specs for production.
7) Production
-
We schedule your order and begin production according to the approved proof.
-
If timing is tight, ask about rush options (may add a fee).
8) Archiving & reorders
-
We archive your approved files and settings, so future reorders are quick—no need to resend art unless you want changes.
What counts as “fully custom-made” (extra cost)?
-
Creating a brand-new design from your idea/sketch.
-
Redrawing or vectorizing a low-resolution logo.
-
Complex layout/illustration, icon sets, or branding systems.
(If you already have clean, print-ready art, you’re typically not in “fully custom” territory.)
What counts as a “mockup”?
-
A digital proof showing art placement, scale, and colors on the item.
-
Your three included mockups can be any combo of views/variations you choose.
Standard add-on fees (only if needed)
-
Extra mockups beyond the included 3
-
Significant artwork changes after approval
-
File repair/redraws, color matching, or rush production
