How It Works

1. Browse our catalogue and pick your product. Once you're on the product page, choose your customization option: "Customized by you" if you want to place your own design, or "Fully Customized by Gooso Pixel" if you'd like us to create or refine it for you. Already have your image ready and want to Do It Yourself? Go to DIY Custom Items.
2. Send your design to goosopixelshop@goosopixel.com (AI, PSD, SVG, or PNG with transparent background).
3. We verify size, resolution, and print readiness. If adjustments are needed, we'll let you know or handle it for a small art-prep fee.
4. We confirm scope and details (item, size, placement, quantity, finish) and provide a quote.
5. Your price includes the item plus three mockups—showing different placements, colorways, or angles. Need more options? Additional mockups are available for a small fee.
6. We apply revisions, and once approved, your order moves into production.
7. Production begins, and files are archived for quick future reorders.

What Counts as Fully Customized by Gooso Pixel? (extra cost)

• Creating a brand-new design from your idea or sketch.
• Redrawing or vectorizing a low-resolution logo.
• Complex layouts, illustrations, or icon sets.
• Fabrication of QR codes or complete branding systems.

Standard Add-On Fees (only if needed)

• Additional mockups (beyond your included three): $5 for simple variations (placement, sizing) | $10 for complex options (new colorways, angles, alternate product views).
• Significant artwork changes after approval.
• File repair or redraws for low-resolution images.
• Exact color matching or rush production.
