At Gooso Pixel, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because each item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partners, all sales are final.
Our Print-on-Demand Model
All printed items are made and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners (Printify and TapStitch). Each product is carefully crafted to minimize waste and promote sustainability for your order.
What this means: Production times vary by product and are in addition to shipping times. While we partner with reliable providers, we cannot control production or shipping delays that third-party fulfillment centers may cause. However, we're always here to help resolve any issues that arise.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Gooso Pixel, sustainability isn't just a buzzword — it's at the heart of everything we do. By using a print-on-demand model, we only create products when you order them, which means no overproduction, no excess inventory, and no unsold items ending up in landfills.
Our final sale policy is part of this commitment. Traditional return processes generate significant waste through shipping, repackaging, and products that can't be resold. By keeping returns to a minimum, we reduce our carbon footprint and keep perfectly good items out of the waste stream.

Before You Order
Check Your Size! Since all sales are final, please review the size charts carefully and double-check your measurements before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
Review Your Design: For custom products (pet portraits, personalized healthcare designs), carefully review any proofs or design details before approving your order.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the following situations:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item received is incorrect (wrong product shipped)
The size is inconsistent with the product description or size chart
Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange. Please measure carefully and refer to our size charts before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We want to make it right! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include: Your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You won't need to return the defective item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale with no exceptions:
Digital Downloads: All digital products are final sale and non-refundable
Custom/Personalized Products: Pet portraits, custom healthcare designs, or any item made to your specifications (unless damaged upon arrival)
