At Gooso Pixel, we're committed to getting your custom creations and mission-driven designs to you as quickly and sustainably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

 

Processing Time

Because we create custom products and use print-on-demand to minimize waste, each order is made just for you:

  • Custom Products (Pet Portraits, Healthcare Designs): 2-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the image

  • Standard Products (Apparel): 2-3 business days for production

  • Digital Downloads: Instant delivery to your email after purchase

Processing times don't include shipping time.

Total Delivery Time

  • Custom products: 7-15 business days (6-8 days production + 5-7 days shipping)

  • Standard apparel: 7-10 business days (2-3 days production + 5-7 days shipping)

  • Digital downloads: Instant

Shipping Times & Rates

We partner with trusted print-on-demand providers (Printify and TapStitch) to fulfill your orders from locations closest to you, reducing our environmental impact.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production | Calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days after production | Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production | Calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple products in one purchase, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to arrive at you faster. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Why? Different products are made at facilities closest to you, which helps reduce shipping distances and our carbon footprint.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number(s)

  • Direct link to track your package

  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement at no cost

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 5 days and we'll investigate

  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
