How to Personalize

1. Select your customization option: "Customized by you" if you have your own design, or "Fully Customized by Gooso Pixel" if you'd like us to create it for you.
2. Send your design to goosopixelshop@goosopixel.com (AI, PSD, SVG, or PNG with transparent background).
3. We verify size, resolution, and print readiness. If adjustments are needed, we'll let you know or handle it for a small art-prep fee.
4. Your price includes the mouse pad plus three mockups. Need more options? Additional mockups available for a small fee.
5. Once you approve, your order moves into production, and your custom mouse pad is created.
6. Your files are archived for quick future reorders—no need to resend art unless you want changes.

What Counts as Fully Custom-Made? (extra cost)

• Creating a brand-new design from your idea or sketch
• Redrawing or vectorizing a low-resolution logo
• Complex layouts, illustrations, or icon sets
• Fabrication of QR codes or complete branding systems

If you already have clean, print-ready art, you're typically not in "fully custom" territory. A fully customized product means you're paying for our graphic design team to create something extraordinary just for you—the additional price covers the time and expertise required to make a design from scratch. We'll also send you the files our team created in printable format (PNG, AI, PSD, or SVG).

Care Instructions

• Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad
• It's not necessary to soak the whole pad
• For hard-to-clean spots, use a soft-bristle brush
